• All program events will be held upstairs in the Yellowstone Conference Center. The Exhibit Hall will be in the Dunraven/Obsidian room.
• Exhibitor setup is from 1:30 to 5 pm on Friday, February 5, 2027.
• Take down is on Sunday, February 7, 2027, by 11 am.
• The exhibit booth includes an 8-foot skirted table and chair. There is carpet in the exhibit hall, as well as electrical outlets and Wi-Fi.

We typically have about 25-35 ophthalmologists present at the Big Sky Regional Ophthalmology CME Conference, with the vast majority being from Montana and a handful from surrounding states.

The dress is business casual: slacks/jeans and a nice shirt for men; slacks/jeans and a nice shirt or sweater for women, or a casual dress. This is a great opportunity to talk with members and physicians in a relaxed environment.

• A block of sleeping rooms is available for conference registrants. Reservations must be made directly with Big Sky's Huntley Lodge.

• A deposit will be required when making reservations.
• Big Sky's cancellation policy states that any individual guest reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax.
• Check-in is at 5 pm. Rooms are not guaranteed before this time.

• The group rate applies only to the specific nights of our event. Nights before or after will be at the standard rate.
• To receive the ski lift ticket discount, you must book your hotel directly through Big Sky rather than through a service such as VRBO.

Make your room reservations ASAP. Big Sky is already booking for Winter 2027. The room block expires January 1, 2027, or when full, whichever occurs first.

As in previous years, discounted tickets must be purchased online and in advance.
