Lodging and Sleeping Rooms
A block of sleeping rooms is available for conference registrants. Reservations for rooms must be made directly with Big Sky’s Huntley Lodge.

Village Center Studio (Murphy Queen) — $299
Huntley 2 Queen Mountain View — $299
Shoshone 1 Bedroom — $399
Summit Queen Studio (Murphy Queen) — $439
Summit 1 King — $479
When you make your reservations, please note that a deposit will be required.
The Big Sky Cancellation Policy for individual guest reservations states: Any individual guest reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit a deposit equal to one night stay plus tax.
Check-in time is 5:00 pm (Rooms are not guaranteed before this time).

The group rate will only be applicable for the specific nights of our event. Any nights before or after will be at the standard rate.
Make your sleeping room reservations ASAP. Big Sky is already booking for Winter 2024. The room block expires January 1, 2024 or when full, whichever occurs first.
Lift Tickets
You will be required to purchase your discounted tickets on-line and in advance. Tickets will be in the $130-$160 range.
